FaceBaseline (facebaseline.com) is operated by Remert Erasmus, a sole proprietor based in Norway ("we," "us," "our"). Contact: remerterasmus.work@gmail.com

FaceBaseline provides an algorithmic, informational analysis of facial proportions and features based on photos you upload, along with general educational information about aesthetic treatments that may relate to those measurements. This is NOT medical advice, NOT a diagnosis, and NOT a substitute for consultation with a licensed dermatologist, cosmetic physician, or other qualified professional. Measurements are algorithmic estimates and may be inaccurate. Always consult a licensed professional before pursuing any treatment.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using FaceBaseline, you confirm you are 18 or older and that any photo you upload is of yourself or someone who has given you explicit permission to upload their photo for this purpose.

Sign-in uses a one-time email link (no password). You're responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, as that controls access to your FaceBaseline account.

Reports are unlocked via a one-time payment shown at checkout, processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time for future purchases.

Because a report is digital content delivered to you immediately upon payment, once you unlock a report we do not offer refunds, except: (a) where required by law, or (b) where you were charged due to a technical error or duplicate charge on our part.

Under Norwegian and EU consumer law, online purchases of digital content normally come with a 14-day "cooling off" right to cancel and get a refund. By checking the consent box at checkout, you explicitly ask us to begin delivering your report immediately and acknowledge that doing so ends your 14-day withdrawal right for that purchase, as permitted under the Norwegian Right of Cancellation Act (angrerettloven) implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU. If you did not see or check that box before a payment went through, contact us and we will honor the standard 14-day right.

You agree not to: upload photos of anyone without their consent, upload photos of minors other than your own child with appropriate parental judgment, use the service for any illegal purpose, attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service, or resell access to the service.

You keep all rights to any photo you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that photo solely to generate your analysis and report. Photos used for the core facial-landmark analysis are processed entirely in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers. If you use the optional AI visual preview feature, a cropped copy of your photo is sent to an external AI image-generation service to create that preview — see our Privacy Policy for details.

The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis, measurement, or treatment suggestion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence may also apply and take precedence where they conflict with this clause.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
